I have a broken part. Can you exchange it for me? 

Despite all the care taken in design and implementation, there may still be manufacturing defects, latent defects and issues preventing the proper functioning of the product. Our products are guaranteed for 2 years (or 3 years if you’ve registered your products on our site within 3 months of the purchase date). Remember to consult the “Warranty” page for more information and know the steps you have to follow.

Can Naos be used for professional use?

It is specified that people wishing to use it for professional use do so under their own responsibility, and are invited to check and comply with the regulations in force at the time of use.

Why is the cot called “Naos”? . . .

Naos is the name of a star. At Escape, we wanted this cot to be the symbol of a bright point
in the night, a place where kids are carried by dreams, where they can feel good.


To us, the star also symbolizes a journey: the shepherd’s star which guides travelers and
navigators through the night.


Naos wants to put stars in the eyes of parents and their kids!

Where are the products designed? . . .

Our products are designed in France. We design our products in house or through our

network of experts.

We go through all the stages: defining the need and concept/layout/product

definition/prototyping with expert suppliers/development/test validation/certification of

conformity to the standard/mass production/warehousing/shipping. Our head office is located

near to Aix en Provence, France.

We give particular attention to respecting the environment throughout the product life cycle:

designed exactly as necessary without wasting resources and with materials and packaging

that are essentially recyclable.

Do you have a Naos Travel Cot product manual?

How can I clean the Naos cot mattress cover?

The mattress is encased in a protective cover which is removable for machine washing at 30°. Just pull the zipper to open the cover.

The mattress foam can be washed with plain water (with a sponge or in the bathtub).

Please note: we have deliberately removed the zipper attachment. This is so that we can meet a requirement of the standard which requires that the child doesn’t have access to the foam. So when you want to remove your mattress, you can use a small metal paperclip-like object to help you.


What’s the difference between the Naos cot from Escape and the Naos cot from Babymoov?

The difference only relates to the color: Coral for the brand “Escape Lifestyle” and Turquoise for the brand “Babymoov by Escape Lifestyle”.

What is the Oeko tex label? 

OEKO-TEX (or ÖKO-TEX) is an independent German label which warranties the human- ecological qualities of textiles, i.e. they contain little or no products that are toxic to health, skin and the environment.

Our sheet and our mosquito net are certified, i.e. they are safe for babies’ skin.

I’d like another sheet color, is this possible?

We currently offer the sheet in white color (100% cotton without dyes). Certain other colors are being developed in the next few months.

The orders
My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?

You can check the status of your order on our website. The possible statuses of the orders are as follows:

- payment accepted: we’ve recorded your order, which was accepted following the successful completion of online payment

- in preparation: our industrial and logistics site has issued the delivery slip and is preparing your order. We contact the carrier you’ve selected for the delivery of the package

- shipped: the carrier you’ve selected has picked up your order. You can track the package on their website directly through the tracking number

- delivered: the package was delivered to the delivery address


Where can I track my current order?

Simply log into your customer account.


Shipping and Delivery
What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are linked to the type of order (depending on the product purchased) and the selected delivery method (Mondial Relay, Chronopost, etc.).

You can select a pickup point or a delivery to your home. We offer you this choice when placing your order.


What countries do you deliver to?

Initially, we will be delivering mainly to France, Belgium and Switzerland. There are plans to extend the store to European countries, but we first need to organize ourselves at the logistical and regulatory levels before we can sell and ship our products abroad.


Can my billing address be different from the delivery address?

Yes, it can. Simply fill out the requested fields correctly at the time of ordering.

Warranty policy
How do I register my product for the extended warranty?

Simply fill out the warranty form on the CONTACT.  page.


How long after my purchase do I have to register my product for the warranty extension?

You have 3 months after your purchase to qualify for the extended warranty.


Where can I find the product serial number?

This is written on the cot frame.

Withdrawal and return policy
Can I return my order? Within what period? How do I do this?

According to article L121-21 of the Consumer Code, you can express your desire to return

an order within 14 days of the date of receipt of your package, via our CONTACT page.

On receipt of this e-mail, we’ll send you a return slip prepaid by us. You then have 20 days to

return the new product to us in its original packaging (unused).

On receipt of the package, we’ll check its condition. If it’s in new condition, we’ll proceed to

issue you a full refund of its purchase price.

Why is the company name on the return slip different from Escape Lifestyle?

Your package must be returned to our manufacturing and logistics partner (Pantomeca) located in Niort. The condition of your package will be check there and repaired if necessary.
