My order hasn’t arrived. What should I do?


You can check the status of your order on our website. The possible statuses of the orders are as follows:

- payment accepted: we’ve recorded your order, which was accepted following the successful completion of online payment

- in preparation: our industrial and logistics site has issued the delivery slip and is preparing your order. We contact the carrier you’ve selected for the delivery of the package

- shipped: the carrier you’ve selected has picked up your order. You can track the package on their website directly through the tracking number

- delivered: the package was delivered to the delivery address
