How long after my purchase do I have to register my product for the warranty extension?

You have 3 months after your purchase to qualify for the extended warranty.

Where can I find the product serial number?

The serial number of the original Naos folding bed is written on the bed frame. 

I cannot scan my receipt. Can I send it to you by mail?

We cannot proceed by mail. All warranty registration requests must be made using our online form. You can send us a photo of your receipt.

I was offered an Escape product, but I don't have the receipt. Can I benefit from the guarantee?

The receipt is the only proof of purchase that we require. It is a mandatory condition.

I was offered an Escape product, I only have a receipt without price. Can I benefit from the guarantee?

Yes, the ticket without price or gift ticket is accepted. It constitutes proof of purchase.

My Escape Lifestyle product was stolen from me, under a 2-year warranty. Can you replace it?

No, the warranty does not cover theft.

I bought a used Escape product. Can I benefit from the extended warranty?

No, the warranty does not apply in the event of a second-hand purchase.

I have not received confirmation of extended warranty. Is my product registered?

From the moment you have sent your email to customer service, we will give you a warranty confirmation within 72 hours.
