All the products marketed under the ESCAPE LIFESTYLE brand are imagined and designed in France, by our best specialists. We are committed to providing you with equipment optimized for your mobile use, and the products comply with current French and European standards.

The equipment offered is produced on industrial sites, by experienced and rigorous professionals bringing all their expertise so that the products we deliver to you are impeccable. They are intended to accompany you over the years with your children, to follow you wherever you go, and to be forgotten.

You benefit from a 2 year warranty against manufacturing defects, hidden defects, and any element preventing the proper functioning of the product.

You can benefit from an extended warranty to 3 years : register your equipment on the online form within 3 months of the date of purchase, in the “Guarantee” section. Attach a scan of your receipt and the serial number of the product. You have an extra year of serenity!

The guarantee is personal (a name and an email address). It is therefore not transferable to a third party. This only applies when the product is purchased new from an official Escape Lifestyle authorized reseller. The warranty does not apply in the event of second-hand resale.

In order to simplify your life to the end, you benefit from the following facilities:

1) You are not satisfied with your order? We will refund you for free!

If on receipt of your order the equipment does not meet your expectations, you can notify us for a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. You then have 20 days to return them to us, the return costs are our responsibility.

What is the instruction ?

  • You open a "satisfied or refunded" incident in the "My merchandise returns" section available in "History and details of my orders" in your customer account
  • You fill in the elements requested in the form
  • Let yourself be guided…
    • You will receive a return slip by email, to print and stick on the packaging of your product. So you have nothing to pay for the return, it is our responsibility
    • You return the product to us in new condition
    • You are reimbursed upon receipt of the package by us (and validation of its new condition)

What are the full refund conditions?

  • The product is returned in its original packaging, unused, unclean. It must be able to be considered as a new product intended for sale
  • If we find damage or dirt, the product will no longer be considered new, but used. In this case we reserve the right to make a partial refund, the decision being our responsibility.
2) Do you want to change your mind? Benefit from a free exchange!

Your order does not completely satisfy you, and another equipment of our range appeals to you? You can benefit from an exchange, simply.

What is the instruction ?

  • You open an "exchange" incident in the "My merchandise returns" section available in "History and details of my orders" in your customer account
  • You fill in the elements requested in the form
  • Let yourself be guided…
    • You will receive a return slip by email, to print and stick on the packaging of your product. So you have nothing to pay for the return
    • You send the product back to us
    • Upon receipt of the product and validation of its new condition, you can choose another equipment of your choice which will be sent to you free of charge, the shipping costs are our responsibility!
    • Then, if the cost of the replacement equipment is higher than that of the replaced products, you will have to pay the difference. However, if the cost of replacement equipment is lower than that replaced, we will refund the difference.

What are the full refund conditions?

3) Your equipment has faults, eligible for warranty:

If in spite of all the care taken in the design and the realization, you should note defects, the products are guaranteed 2 years (3 years if you registered your equipment on our site within 3 months following its date of purchase).

  • You fill in the elements requested in the form
  • Let yourself be guided…
    • You will receive a return slip by email, to print and stick on the packaging of your product. So you have nothing to pay for the return, the shipping costs are our responsibility
    • You send the product back to us
    • You are then informed of the result by our customer service. Depending on the situation, we will send you your repaired product or a new equivalent. Thus, you will not remain deprived of family mobility for long!

You benefit from a guarantee against manufacturing defects, hidden defects, and any element preventing the proper functioning of the product.

The warranty does not cover the following cases: damage resulting from improper use of the product, or from use not in accordance with the instructions for use. Damage resulting from an overload, from an incident during transport (including air). Normal wear and tear, color changes due to aging, burns are not covered by the warranty.

What to do if your product is damaged and the warranty period has passed?
